Install Kerix for your computer
Check current platform availability and choose an available installer for your computer below.
Open your downloaded installer and follow its steps. Open Kerix to begin activation. Check that an installer is available for your computer before buying a license.
Activate your license in the app
Buy a Kerix license with a one-time payment through Kerix checkout. Check the current license price and batch availability before buying; checkout confirms your price before payment. Use an email address you can access so your purchase can be found if you lose the key. Save the license key from your purchase receipt and enter it in Kerix after installing the app. First activation requires an internet connection.
One license supports two active computers. Verification renews online at least every 30 days. If verification lapses, reconnect to renew it; your perpetual purchase does not expire.
To move a seat, use the app’s license settings to deactivate a computer while online. Wait for confirmation before activating another.
Connect your AI and make it yours
The built-in quick setup lets you save an OpenAI or Anthropic API key, or select an installed Ollama model. Enter provider keys only in the app. Saving a key does not make a paid generation request; an optional model test is clearly marked.
Add a little context about yourself, choose your tone, and open the workspace. You can skip AI setup and return to it in Settings. Cloud AI charges belong to your provider account and are separate from the Kerix purchase.
Sign in to your social account inside Kerix when you’re ready to use it. The website never needs that login or your local connection credentials.
